Fl. 110mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments mid-yellow, in 2 or more whorls; the outer whorls 42mm long, very broadly ovate, blunt, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping one-third to a half; the inner whorls inflexed, concave, folded deeply inwards from midrib; corona segments interspersed among the petaloid segments and clustered at centre, broad, bright peach-pink, irregularly lobed, frilled, crenate.
