Fl. star-shaped, 38mm wide, facing slightly upwards, mid-yellow; perianth segments 15mm long, oblong in outline, rounded at apex, prominently mucronate, spreading, plane, a little creased, overlapping a quarter; the inner segments ovate, blunt and less prominently mucronate; corona 16mm long, cylindrical, lightly ribbed, mouth wavy, lobed and widely flared, with rim crenate.
