Fl. rounded, 70mm wide; perianth segments 31mm long, broadly ovate, mucronate, sparkling white, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments slightly narrower; corona 3mm long, disc-shaped, lightly ribbed, yellow, with green at base and a band of crisp red at rim, mouth even, with rim dentate.
