Description |
Fls 1-2 per stem, 62mm wide; perianth segments 26mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, butter yellow, spreading, plane or with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping one-third; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base; corona 12mm long, cup-shaped, angled, golden yellow, mouth straight, ribbed and slightly wavy, with rim narrowly flanged and entire. Sweetly scented. Early to mid-season |
