Fl. rounded, 115mm wide; perianth segments 47mm long, roundish, very broad, scarcely mucronate, brilliant greenish yellow 4A, spreading, plane to a little concave, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, more strongly inflexed, shouldered at base; corona 25mm long, bowl-shaped, angled, vivid yellow 14A, with vivid yellow 12A at base and a narrow band of yellow-orange (17B) at rim, mouth expanded, frilled and narrowly ribbed, with rim narrowly flanged.
