Fl. rounded, 43mm wide; perianth segments 18mm long, roundish, very broad, truncate at apex, mucronate, white, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping one-third; the inner segments narrower, less prominently mucronate, margins a little wavy; corona 6mm long, bowl-shaped, ribbed, brilliant orange 29A, with light greenish yellow towards base, mouth ribbed and lightly frilled, with rim dentate.
