Fl. 118mm wide, golden yellow (12A/13A); perianth segments 45mm long, ovate, blunt, slightly mucronate, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping one-third to a half; the inner segments narrower, scarcely mucronate; corona 45mm long, funnel-shaped, smooth, mouth a little expanded, narrowly ribbed and lightly frilled, with rim minutely crenate.
