Fl. 100mm wide; perianth segments 43mm long, roundish in outline, blunt at apex, vivid yellow 14B, spreading, plane or with margins a little incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower; corona 30mm long, cup-shaped, smooth, strong orange 25A, vivid yellow 14B at base, mouth straight, ribbed and lightly frilled, with rim crenate.
