Fl. 106mm wide; perianth segments 46mm long, roundish in outline, blunt at apex, slightly mucronate, vivid yellow 9A, spreading, plane or with margins a little incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower; corona 30mm long, cylindrical, smooth, strong orange 25A, mouth straight, ribbed and a little wavy, with rim entire.
