Fl. forming a double triangle, 67mm wide; perianth segments 23mm long, ovate, blunt, scarcely mucronate, deep yellow, a little reflexed, plane or with margins a little incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, apex acute to blunt; corona 16mm long, cylindrical, broadly and regularly ribbed, mid-orange with a narrow band of yellow orange at rim, mouth straight and wavy, with rim dentate.
