Fl. rounded, 90mm wide, facing slightly upwards; perianth segments 32mm long, roundish, very broad, truncate, pale greenish yellow 13D, with slight white mucro, a little inflexed, plane, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, scarcely mucronate; corona 10mm long, bowl-shaped, light orange-yellow (16C), with a broad band of brilliant orange 29A at rim, mouth ribbed, irregularly lobed, with lobes overlapping in places, lightly frilled, with rim entire.
