Fl. rounded, 102mm wide; perianth segments 42mm long, very broadly ovate, truncate, mucronate, white, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments a little narrower, scarcely mucronate; corona 8mm long, disc-shaped, ribbed, brilliant yellow 7A, with strong yellow-green 144A at base and a narrow band of red (40C) at rim, mouth straight, neatly frilled, with rim irregularly crenate. Sweetly scented. Late |
