Description |
Fl. 50mm wide; perianth segments 22mm long, ovate in outline, acute at apex, vivid yellow 9B or brilliant yellow 9C, slightly lighter in tone than corona, with white mucro, spreading or somewhat inflexed, plane or a little twisted, overlapping at base only; corona 20mm long, cylindrical or somewhat funnel-shaped, smooth, vivid yellow 9A, mouth flared, deeply 6-lobed, with lobes more or less distinctly bi-lobed; the corona tightly filled with alternate whorls of petaloid and corona segments. Resembles double forms of {N. pseudonarcissus} but with the flower almost self yellow. Dwarf. Early to mid-season |
