Fl. 111mm wide, facing upwards; perianth segments 48mm long, ovate, blunt, mucronate, mid-yellow, a little reflexed, plane or with margins incurling, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base; corona 22mm long, cup-shaped, angled, bright orange, mouth straight, irregularly ribbed and lightly frilled, with rim dentate. Strongly scented. Late |
