Description |
Fl. rounded, 104mm wide; perianth segments 46mm long, roundish, blunt, mucronate, greenish white 155A, spreading, plane or with margins a little incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base, truncate, not noticeably mucronate; corona 15mm long, disc-shaped, ribbed, brilliant yellow 13B, with a broad band of vivid yellowish red (30C) at rim, mouth expanded and frilled, with rim dentate.
