Description |
Fl. 48-74mm wide; perianth segments 17-21mm long, ovate, blunt, opening yellow, becoming white, touched yellow at base, reflexed, plane, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping a quarter; corona 12-18mm long, cup-shaped, yellow, flushed orange at rim, mouth ribbed, wavy and a little expanded, with rim notched. Dwarf. Very early. A group characterised by the yellow �halo� effect on the reflexed perianth segments extending a quarter to half their length |
