Description |
Fl. 80mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments 35mm long, vivid yellow 12A, in several whorls; the outer whorl ovate to oblong, blunt to rounded, mucronate, spreading to a little reflexed, plane or with margins incurved, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping one-third; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base; the inner whorls successively shorter and more strongly inflexed towards centre, concave; corona segments 15mm long, interspersed among the inner petaloid segments and clustered at centre, yellow-orange (17A), ribbed and lightly frilled, with rim crenate.
