Fl. star-shaped, 70mm wide, facing downwards; perianth segments 32mm long, lanceolate, acute, mucronate, opening yellow, maturing to white, reflexed, plane, smooth and of membranaceous substance; the inner segments overlapping at base only; corona 35mm long, funnel-shaped, ribbed, yellow with pink tones towards the base, mouth flared and a little wavy, with rim notched.
