Description |
Fl. 112mm wide; perianth segments 49mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, mucronate, pure white, spreading, concave, with margins incurling, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, truncate, scarcely mucronate, shouldered at base; corona 27mm long, cup-shaped, angled, opening red becoming pink, mouth wavy and lightly frilled, with rim dentate. Strongly scented. Mid-season |
