Fls 3-5 per stem, 42mm wide; perianth segments 17mm long, roundish, truncate, yellow, with pale mucro and midrib, spreading, concave, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, more nearly ovate, less prominently mucronate; corona 6mm long, bowl-shaped, mouth straight, ribbed and a little wavy, with rim minutely crenate.
