Fl. forming a double triangle, 103mm wide, facing upwards; perianth segments 42mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, vivid yellow 9A with slight pale mucro, spreading, plane, with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, scarcely mucronate, shouldered at base; corona 45mm long, funnel-shaped, angled, vivid yellow 14A, mouth flared and lightly frilled, with rim notched |
