Fl. rounded, 105mm wide; perianth segments 43mm long, very broadly ovate, blunt, vivid yellow 9A, with slight pale mucro, spreading, plane, with margins a little incurved, creased and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base; corona 43mm long, cylindrical, angled, vivid orange 28B, mouth a little expanded, wavy, irregularly and shallowly lobed, with lobes overlapping in places, rim crenate.
